Do I need to contact each business line separately?
No. Use any one entry point — phone, email or the form — and we route it to the right contact.
Can designs and finished boards be taken on separately?
Yes. The three types of requirement can be engaged separately or connected end to end, depending on project stage and the customer's own manufacturing capability.
Who issues test reports?
Testing is done by us; reports are issued in cooperation with a qualified testing institution. The specific qualifications and report form are explained when the test plan is agreed.
Can we arrange a site visit?
Yes. Visits can be arranged at both the Shenzhen office and the Jiangmen plant; please book ahead so the responsible manager can receive you.
Do you handle inquiries in English?
Yes, by email. Where the English and Chinese versions differ, the Chinese site governs.
