Spot trading and China alternatives
Electronic component trading runs in two directions: spot trading and China alternatives. Spot trading covers general-purpose categories, mainly parts in tight supply such as memory ICs, compute chips, FPGAs, and storage and MCU chips. We do not preset categories: we source against the customer's part number list, delivered either as fast delivery from stock or as scheduled orders at competitive prices; China alternatives replace imported material with China-made parts. Both directions serve mainly overseas customers. Drive and control component kits come under 14 manufacturers' authorizations and are a secondary support line.
Four capabilities: genuine parts, delivery, alternatives
Genuine original parts only
Every part we deliver — through spot trading, China alternatives or drive and control component kits — is genuine original material.
- Origin: we accept material only from manufacturers or traceable upstream sources; items whose lot numbers cannot be traced are not quoted.
- Lot numbers: lot numbers and documentation ship with the goods, supporting Lot Traceability and lot-level verification.
- Non-conforming material: if incoming goods do not match the manufacturer's marking, lot number or specification, they are returned or replaced as agreed commercially.
Fast delivery from stock
We ship once the part number list has been checked against stock; the quantities we can deliver and the ship date are stated in our RFQ response.
- Stock check by line item: we answer the deliverable quantity per part number, not with a general figure for the whole list.
- Dispatch: subject to the stock position and ship date confirmed in the RFQ response.
- Customers: mainly overseas markets; we handle inquiries in English.
Competitive scheduled orders
Part numbers with no stock, or in larger volumes, take the scheduled route: we order from the manufacturer or supplier by part number, quantity and lead time, and price each order individually.
- Price: per the formal quotation, not inferred from published or historical prices.
- Lead time: depends on the manufacturer's production schedule and is confirmed with the order.
- Runs alongside spot: one part number list can split — some lines spot, some scheduled.
Replacement with Chinese brands
Most common specifications of mainstream global brands already have a China alternative.
- Starting point: we compare against the customer's part number list and propose replaceable devices.
- Proposal: each Second Source part comes with its device type and a key-parameter comparison.
- Boundary: actual replaceability is subject to the result of the part number list check.
Spot trading and China alternatives
For parts in stock, we quote from the part number list and reply with deliverable quantities; where imported material needs replacing, we compare and issue a replacement proposal.

We take requests as an RFQ and reply with the deliverable quantities, delivery method and price; supply is arranged after commercial confirmation.

Chinese parts
replacing imported material
Replacing imported material with China-made parts is an independent business direction, parallel to spot trading, and is not linked to drive and control kits. Most common specifications of mainstream global brands already have a China alternative; actual replaceability is subject to the result of the part number list check. It serves overseas customers: once the check is approved, we source against the list, subject to stock availability.
- Submit the list: customer part number, application and volume, used to establish what can be replaced.
- Parameter comparison: compared on key electrical parameters, package and temperature grade; we then issue a replacement proposal.
- Result: replaceability follows the comparison result; we recommend completing validation before volume.
RFQ and confirmation
We compare against the customer's part number list, issue a replacement proposal (Second Source) based on China-made parts, and arrange supply after commercial confirmation.

14 manufacturers' authorizations, supplying kits for drive and control solutions
As a secondary support to drive kits, the components of the brands below are supplied under authorization from the manufacturers, covering main control MCUs, power devices and driver ICs, and discrete devices and passives — the full part number range a customized motor drive solution needs. 11 of the 14 are A-share listed companies. For power devices, our lead direction is IPM intelligent power modules.

Selection and support for drive and control component kits
Replacement and cost-down decisions at the selection stage directly affect kit cost. The three items below apply only to drive and control component kits; they are not linked to the two trade directions, spot trading and China alternatives.
Supply within the authorized scope
We supply within the scope, territory and validity period stated in the authorization letter — not beyond its term or scope.
Genuine parts, traceable to source
Supplied under authorization from the manufacturer, with traceable origin and verification by lot number.
Selection and matching support
We issue selection advice and Second Source proposals alongside the design, so customers do the comparison work less themselves.
Manufacturer authorization for drive and control component kits
This covers only the authorization scope and compliance boundaries for drive and control component kits; it does not apply to the two trade directions, spot trading and China alternatives.

Send a part number list or design BOM; we check the supply scope, delivery method and whether replacement is feasible.
