Technical documents
Technical and explanatory documents that can be shared externally. Before publication each document is redacted, its version checked and its rights cleared.
Three types by purpose
- Technical: white papers, notes on method and principle, application notes.
- Product: product selection guides, specifications for finished boards and kits.
- Company: company profile, notes on the entities and group structure, management system certificates and qualifications (this complements the About us page; the full text is not repeated).

Technical support
Covers four stages: selection, application, document requests and post-delivery. The exact scope and how to get in touch can be confirmed through the contact details at the bottom of the page.
Selection and design support
We advise on drive method, voltage and power range, host MCU and power devices, based on the end application and motor conditions, and set out which paths are feasible and which do not apply. This can be read together with the design scope on the Drive and control page.
Commissioning support
For projects already at prototype or pilot stage, we help work through application-side issues such as start-up, speed control, noise and temperature rise, and advise on parameter changes and alternative peripheral parts.
Technical document requests
Requests are handled within the document scope listed in the table above and sent once contact details are provided, so that updated versions also reach customers already in contact. Please state the intended use and the business line concerned, so we can locate the right version.
Post-delivery support
The entry point for technical matters after delivery of finished boards and design kits, covering clarification of instructions, component replacement and version update queries. Requests can be submitted by phone or email.
Five steps from first enquiry to post-delivery
Send your requirement
Describe the end application, the motor conditions (voltage / power / speed), the functions you need and the quantity, so we can judge which path applies.
Selection advice
We advise on the drive approach and component configuration, setting out what is available and what does not apply. Unverified performance figures are not included.
Samples and prototyping
Samples or prototype boards are supplied against the confirmed design (see Validation and smart manufacturing), together with the test basis used.
Testing and tuning
Application-side testing and parameter adjustment, with help in diagnosing application issues where needed. Test data is confirmed by both parties.
Volume and post-delivery
The Jiangmen base handles volume manufacturing, and components are matched under manufacturer authorization. Post-delivery technical matters go through the entry point above.
Advance together, share the harvest
Board selection and document requests
Tell us the application, the motor conditions and the documents you need; we will shortlist suitable boards, give selection advice and send the matching document versions. All three business lines can be handled directly.
